Branden JenkinsChief Executive OfficerBranden joined Retail Anywhere in 1998 and assumed the role of CEO in 2002. He’s an experienced software executive with 15 years of technical, sales and operational experience who enjoys being a hands-on leader; working directly with the management teams to provide the best applications, integrations, and solutions available to meet our customers’ needs as we progress as a leader in the SMB retail market. Branden is responsible for the overall direction and leadership of Retail Anywhere and through strategic partnerships, technology investments, and enhanced product offerings, he has pushed the company to the forefront of the retail technology industry, including recognition in 2007 and 2008 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies.

George HansonChief Information OfficerSince 1984, George has been an intrinsic part of the programming and engineering for Retail Anywhere software. He is responsible for Retail Anywhere’s information systems, virtual services, and security as we stay current with the newest technology for both in-store and cloud-based retail solutions. He works closely with the CEO and COO to ensure Retail Anywhere solutions and the technologies they are deployed on align with our customers’ current and future needs.

Josh GoodwinChief Operating OfficerJosh joined Retail Anywhere in September 2000. Prior, he spent several years at Fidelity National Financial and FedEx, where he directed process, systems, and technology changes at both companies resulting in significant efficiencies, cost savings, and increased customer satisfaction. A Computer Science background from Cal Poly and MCSE certifications from Microsoft create a solid base for the operational direction at Retail Anywhere. Additionally, as an independent owner of retail stores, Josh has the insight to understand a retailer's unique needs and how Retail Anywhere can improve their business. As COO at Retail Anywhere, Josh applies his education and career experience to all operational aspects while growing our product line and services. Josh directly oversees Customer Support, Implementation Services, and the new Training Center opening early 2012. |

Brenee StaplesDirector of SalesBrenee joined the sales team in 1999 and has been the Director of Sales for 7 years. With previous experience as a retail buyer and store manager, Brenee understands the needs of retailers and takes pride in offering solutions that align with individual retailer requirements. She is responsible for all new business and ensures our customers receive a smooth transition from sales to account executive and project management teams. Brenee also works closely with our vendor partners for hardware solutions and third party software integration to facilitate the best total solution for the retailer’s unique POS and retail management needs.

Brenda WhisenhuntDirector of MarketingBrenda holds a degree in Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Washington State University and has been with Retail Anywhere for over 10 years. Brenda directly manages all marketing activities including brand management, copy and content publication, trade show presence, public and partner relations, and demand generation, while working closely with the CEO and Director of Sales in areas of business development and continued customer outreach.

Charles RobinsonDirector of SupportCharles joined Retail Anywhere in November of 2010 and immediately began expanding and enriching the customer support department to better serve our growing customer base. With over 20 years serving in the software industry, including 8 as a corporate executive, Charles leads his team with an emphasis on technical education and service excellence. He is responsible for directing the support team in the quality of problem resolution and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Charles works closely with the engineering team and CIO to make sure our SLA contracts are being met while providing clarity and resolution to our customers.

Graham O'DanielDirector of ImplementationGraham holds a MS in Computer Science and brings experience in both engineering and project management to the Retail Anywhere management team. A valuable asset of Retail Anywhere for more than 5 years, Graham leads his team of project managers, implementation specialists, and engineers in providing our customers with their POS and retail management systems on-time and on-budget while ensuring each project’s ROI initiatives are being met. |

Carmen RoseControllerCarmen joined the Retail Anywhere team in 2011. She brings over 10 years of management experience and is committed to establishing a smooth working environment that enables Retail Anywhere employees to focus on customer needs. Carmen is responsible for streamlining our growth process through implementing universal programs and policies to enhance internal efficiency, overseeing all accounting functions and maintaining an overall structure for Retail Anywhere. Her commitment to the day-to-day and long-term operations of Retail Anywhere will facilitate our growth into the future.

Jeffrey O'NeillDirector of Training ServicesJeffrey joined Retail Anywhere in 2011 and immediately began to identify opportunities to enhance the training services offered to Retail Anywhere customers. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, implementation, and training and development. Jeffrey has trained high level teams on four continents and has done extensive work in the past with companies like Micros and Club Systems Group. He is responsible for the creation of Retail Anywhere’s new Training Academy and will oversee its mission in educating customers and employees both in person and through engaging, live, virtual classes. Jeffrey is dedicated to enhancing the Retail Anywhere customer experience with an industry leading training team. |
