A Senior Implementation Engineer works under the direction of Director of Implementation to engage with Project Managers and projects as it relates to data loads, advanced configuration, reports, and customizations of Retail Anywhere products along with 3rd party hardware/software. Main focus is to provide accurate estimates with timely delivery, quality work, and clear communication with Director of Implementation and Project Managers against Change Requests and Work Orders.

Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft SQL skills
- Integration Services
- Reporting Services
- XML use in SQL
- Advanced .Net C# skills
- Database connections
- Interfacing with third-party systems
- Has worked with web services (SOAP and ReST)
- Advanced business software skills - MS Office, Windows, Google Apps
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
- Retail industry experience
- Software / Hardware industry experience
- Database, Web, and IT infrastructure knowledge and experience
- Microsoft Certification (MOS, MTA, MCTS, MCITP, MCAD, etc.)
- Netsuite or other ERP experience
