Current Opportunities
Software Support Specialist
Provide product and technical
expertise in supporting Retail Anywhere software
applications. The ideal candidate will possess a solid
background in technical support or software development with
the ability to troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis and
resolve problems that occur during retail operations and
implementations. The candidate will work directly with
Retail Anywhere clients as well as internal support and
implementation teams and will manage assigned support cases
through to resolution. Issues to be resolved require a
broad range of trouble shooting skills related to Retail
Anywhere functionality, application server setup, MS SQL
database management, MS operating system configuration,
installation, integration and hardware devices.
Support
Technician - Level 1
Provide first-level technical support
to customers via telephone, remote, or in person. Support
includes the assistance of all Retail Anywhere Software and applicable
computer SW/HW. Must be able to clearly communicate setup
and operating instructions to end-users. A high level of
customer interaction is expected and customer satisfaction is
the result required.
