Three Retailers Go Live with Retail Anywhere POS
Pet Food Express, Storables and Nurserymen’s
Exchange Install Retail Anywhere Solutions to Improve Store
Operations and Customer Service

- Pet Food Express, Storables and Nurserymen’s Exchange – have
implemented Retail Anywhere Point of Sale and Retail Anywhere
Enterprise to improve overall operations throughout their retail
organizations.
Pet Food Express, one of the country’s leading independent pet
food and supply retailers with 33 store locations, has upgraded
from Retail Anywhere’s legacy POS solution to the latest version
of Retail Anywhere POS. With the upgrade, Pet Food Express now
has the ability to see customer purchase history, quickly
initiate product recall notifications and effectively manage its
returns process. The easy-to-use POS interface with integrated
payment processing has greatly improved transaction time at
check-out while new debit card functionality is delivering
significant ROI for the retailer. Retail Anywhere POS
interfaces with Pet Food Express’s merchandising system from
Island Pacific, creating a smooth integration between front and
back-end systems.
Storables operates 9 locations throughout the Western United
States specializing in storage and organization for the home.
They implemented Retail Anywhere’s POS and Enterprise to better
manage inventory and service their customers quickly and
efficiently. The new solution integrates with Storables’
warehouse management system, Telios, drastically reducing the
number of hours that management spends on manual processes,
giving them time to focus on the store and the customers.
Nurserymen’s Exchange, owner of BloomRiteŽ brand, is one of
America’s leading Wholesale Home and Garden companies.
Using Retail Anywhere’s Mobile POS, Nurserymen’s implemented
line busting which has significantly improved transaction time,
speeding checkout for their wholesale customers.
All three retailers have greatly improved customer service,
transaction speed and accuracy, and inventory management at
their retail locations.
