The success of a project hinges on thorough and efficient project management that establishes good communication, measurable goals and effective risk management. Retail Anywhere develops a detailed plan for all phases of the project and incorporates sign-off into the overall implementation plan to ensure that our objectives and deliverables are being met.

Simplified Implementation

Retail Anywhere’s implementation process is a phased approach enabling retailers to rapidly harness core functionality of the POS & retail management system. Shortly after engaging Retail Anywhere, you'll take part in our provisioning workshop with your dedicated project manager.  Your system will be rapidly configured and ready for activation and user review.  Custom scoping and advanced configuration takes place shortly afterwards and depending on requirements, you can have a “go-live” sooner than you realized.  

Training

Retail Anywhere offers initial training in classroom or lab format sessions and provides computer and web based training going forward for new employees, new features and procedural changes. Retail Anywhere has found that hands-on training with production level hardware and software offers the best trainee retention. A trainee certification checklist ensures mastery of the system and trainer accountability. We supply our trainers with a predefined agenda, schedule, training materials and certifications for sign off. We work with the retailer to determine training schedules in support of the “go live” date.
